In later September, Guangxin Shipbuilding & Heavy Industry secured a newbuilding contract for two multi-purpose offshore support vessels from Singapore-based RK Offshore.

The two new-builds feature 60.5m in length, 15m in breadth and 4.75m in draft. The vessels can sail in a speed of 12.5 knots.
