China Merchants Heavy Industry (CMHI) of China signed a newbuilding contract for 2+2 jack-up rigs with Singapore's FEG on September 29th.
Recently contracted CJ46-X100-D offshore platforms enable to drill under 350ft. The same jack-up rig was already new ordered from China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL) and acknowledged its capacity.
