Parties to the Agreement: Eshiptrading.com is subordinated to Shanghai Juzhou Network and Technology Co.， Ltd.， which specializes in the sale and purchase of second-hand ships under the concept of “Internet Plus Ship”as a global leading SNP platform.
Welcome to the Eshiptrading.com VIP Membership Service. This Agreement sets forth the main terms and conditions for your use of the Eshiptrading.com VIP Membership Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Before accepting this Agreement， please carefully read and fully understand all clauses and decide whether to accept them or not. Your activation and use of the Service will be deemed as your acceptance of this Agreement and your agreement to be bound by all its terms and conditions.
Article 1: Definitions
1.1 Eshiptrading.com means the online ship trading information service platform owned and operated by the Company， with its primary website at www.eshiptrading.com.
1.2 VIP Membership Service: Refers to the exclusive privileges and services listed in Article 3 of this Agreement that a Member is entitled to during the validity period of the service after paying the applicable fees as agreed in this Agreement.
1.3 Service Validity Period: Refers to the duration of the VIP service purchased by the Member， calculated in calendar months or calendar years. The validity period commences from the date of successful payment.
Article 2: Service Activation and Account Management
2.1 Activation Method: You may activate the VIP service by completing payment through official Eshiptrading.com channels (e.g.， the "VIP Full Access" page on the website).
2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your Eshiptrading.com account and password. The Platform shall not be held legally liable for any losses incurred due to the disclosure of your account or unauthorized use by others.
2.3 Service Renewal and Termination: Before the expiry of the VIP service validity period， you may choose to renew to extend the service duration. Upon expiry of the validity period， you will automatically lose your VIP Member privileges and revert to regular user permissions.
Article 3: VIP Member Privileges and Benefits

3.1 Priority Information Access: Unlimited view ship information for free， such as Ship Price，IMO，Ship Name，Certificates，Drawings，etc
3.2 View publisher information for free: Direct access to contact information of vessel publishers without going through the Platform's intermediate review process.
3.3 View the transaction report about global main-streamships for free: Access to 1600+ transaction record， including monthly， quarterly， and annual transaction reports.
3.4 Dedicated Customer Support: Access to a dedicated customer service channel， receiving priority processing and vessel sourcing matching services during consultations and transaction facilitation.

Article 4: User Code of Conduct
When using the VIP Membership Service， in addition to complying with the provisions concerning "Operational Rules" in the general User Agreement， you must also pay special attention to the following clauses:
4.1 Information Usage Restrictions: The ship information and contact details obtained through VIP privileges are strictly for your own legitimate and bona fide commercial transaction purposes. It is strictly prohibited to:
Modify， reproduce， publicly display， or distribute this information in any way， for any public or commercial purpose， without authorization from the Platform.
Use this information on other websites， print media， or network computer environments.
Sell or transfer the information to any third party， or use it for bulk contact addition， sending spam SMS/emails， or other marketing activities.
4.2 Information Authenticity Obligation: Any information you publish through VIP privileges (e.g.， vessel sales， purchase inquiries) must be true， accurate， and complete. The Platform reserves the right to delete false， illegal， or infringing information without prior notice.
4.3 Platform Monitoring Rights: The Platform has the right (but not the obligation) to monitor or review your conduct while using the VIP service. If you are found to be in violation of the above provisions， the Platform has the right to immediately restrict or terminate your VIP service upon discovery， and may cancel your account in severe cases， without refunding any fees paid for the VIP service.
Article 5: Fees and Payment
5.1 Service Fees: The specific charging standards and payment methods for the VIP Membership Service are subject to the details displayed on the purchase page. The Platform reserves the right to adjust prices at any time based on market conditions; orders paid before any price adjustment will not be affected.
5.2 Refund Policy: The VIP Membership Service is a virtual product. Once activated， refunds are generally not supported (unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions). Please carefully review the service content and duration before activation.
Article 6: Disclaimer
6.1 Information Accuracy: Vessel information on the Platform is provided by the publishers. Although the Platform has the right (but not the obligation) to review such information， it does not guarantee its absolute accuracy or completeness. Information is subject to change or expiration without notice. It is recommended that you verify all details directly with the publisher before proceeding with any transaction.
6.2 Transaction Risk: Any offline transactions conducted between you and a publisher after obtaining information through the VIP service are independent actions between you and the other party. The Platform acts solely as an information display platform and assumes no legal liability for any disputes， losses， or damages arising from the transaction process.
6.3 Force Majeure: In the event of service interruption or data loss caused by force majeure events or accidents such as network failures， hacker attacks， computer viruses， or government regulations， the Platform will make every effort to restore service but shall not assume legal liability arising therefrom.
Article 7: Agreement Modification and Termination
7.1 Agreement Modification: This Agreement may be modified by Eshiptrading.com from time to time based on business development needs. The modified agreement will be published on the website. You should visit this page regularly to stay informed of the current terms and conditions. Your continued use of the VIP service after modifications are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
7.2 Service Termination: If you violate any terms of this Agreement or the general User Agreement， the Platform has the right to terminate your VIP service permissions at any time without prior notice and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
