Bulker SNP: Mercator Limited Sells Two

Mumbai-based company Mercator Limited has decided to sell two of its Panamax bulk carriers for US$13.2m, showed data from VesselsValue.
The 2006-built bulkers Sri Prem Varsha and Sri Prem Vidya were sold for US$6.6m each. The buyer is an undisclosed Chinese shipowner. The market value of each bulker stands at US$9.2m, according to VesselsValue.
Each of the bulkers measures 229 meters in length and 32.3 meters in width with a capacity of 97,000 m3. They were built by Japan's Tsuneishi Zosen.
