Shreyas Shipping & Logistics continues its fleet buildup with news that it has just signed a memorandum of understanding to buy a 1,700teu containership from an unspecified party.

The ship, for which no price has been revealed, will deliver in the third week of March and will operate on India's domestic trades. It will take the Shreyas fleet to nine ships.
