Dalian COSCO KHI Ship Engineering Co., Ltd. (DACKS), jointly invested by China Ocean Shipping Group Company (COSCO) and Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. (KHI), handed over a 61,000dwt bulk carrier to its compatriot shipowner on Feb. 1, which is the first vessel the yard delivered in 2016, according to a domestic shipping news portal.

The ship measures 199.9m in length, 32.24m in breadth moulded, 18.6m in depth moulded, with the design speed of 15.8 knots. It is the second one in a series of four for the unnamed owner.
