3 Maj, a shipyard in Croatia is expected to ink a newbuilding contract with compatriot shipowners.

Uljanik Plovidba and Jadroplov are planning to place a new order in partnership for three bulkers planned for 2015-2017 delivery at the Croatian yard and an official deal has not been confirmed yet.

The 37,000 dwt newbuildings will be mutually owned by Uljanik and Jadroplov and one option is said to be attached to the contract.
