Pallas Group AB, a shipping company based in Sweden, announced that it has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) with German company Medallion Reederei Gmbh for the acquisition of the bunker vessel MT SP Dublin along with the associated charter contract with Bominflot Bunkers Gibraltar.
Both parties aim to complete the deal before June 30 this year.
Price and other terms of the deal were not disclosed due to negotiations that are in progress.
MT SP DUBLIN is a modern tanker, built in 2009, with the load capacity of 3,700 tons. The vessel is equipped to perform bunkering operations.
