Korea's midsize newbuilding specialist Hyundai Mipo Dockyard (HMD) has won an additional order from compatriot shipowner Namsung Shipping.
The boxship owner has returned to HMD with a newbuilding order for a 1,000TEU ship, brokers report.
The contract also includes an option for another same-type ship.
Newbuilding price is said to be around $17.5m with delivery scheduled by 2014.
Namsung already has three 1,850TEU newbuildings on order at HMD for delivery in the first half of 2013.
