Hyundai Mipo Dockyard announced Tuesday evening that it signed a contract on December 10th with Marshall Islands shipowner to build 10 product carriers for around KRW 334.5bn ($309m).
The Korean shipyard is scheduled to deliver the tankers by September 30th, 2014.
Meanwhile, earlier this month, HMD was said to have signed 10 plus 10 PC newbuildings with Sinokor Merchant Marine for Royal Dutch Shell's “Project Silver”.
