At the end of last month, Taizhou Kouan Shipbuilding successfully won a newbuilding order for two offshore supply vessels from the compatriot company CRCC Harbor & Channel Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd. The two vessels are scheduled to be delivered by the second half of next year.
This is the second OSV order for Kouan Shipbuilding and adds its order catalog to as many as 18 vessels this year, of which offshore plants accounting for a great proportion. 
On the basis of maintaining its advantages in traditional ships, Taizhou Kouan has been trying to expand its product portfolios in the order drought of commercial ships. The company’s structure adjustment strategy has achieved initial results.
