Italian shipowner d’Amico International Shipping is to add two more product carriers to its orderbook at a Korean shipyard.
The two options to be exercised would follow orders for four PCs ordered earlier this year.
The owner is reportedly raising fund to finance the Eco-design newbuildings.
Back in July d’Amico booked two 40,000DWT product tankers, valued at $30.65m each, at Hyundai Mipo Dockyard.
And in September the owner ordered two MR tankers costing around $33m each.
