Singapore's Ezion Holdings secures a long-term charter deal for two service rigs.
The contract, worth $298m in total, has been won by a joint venture between Ezion and Kim Seng Holdings.
The rigs will be deployed in the Bay of Campeche, in Central America, for seven years from early 2013.
The JV says it will acquire two service rigs to fulfill the contract.
