Sasebo Heavy Industries seems to enjoy a mini-boom from Greek shipowners who are seeking eco-design bulkers.
Greece's Vergottis has ordered two eco-friendly, 79,000-dwt panamax bulkers for around $31m per unit for delivery in 2013.
Also Quintana Shipping is mulling an order for a pair of 84,000-dwt bulkers at the Japanese shipyard.
Lately, Sasebo has already secured an order for one fuel-efficient panamax from Greece's DST Shipping.
