Japan's Sanko Steamship, which is currently going through company rehabilitation procedure, has decided to resale a newbuilding handysize bulker.
The newbuilding is 31,570-dwt Sanko Vega, to be completed at a compatriot yard Hakodate Dock.
Taiwanese owner Seaway Navigation is known to be a buyer, with resale price costing $22m.
