China's CSSC Guangzhou Huangpu Shipbuilding and China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC)'s subsidiary Offshore Oil Engineering signed a turn-key contract to build one offshore intallation vessel on August 15.
The "Hai Yang Shi You 228" is due to be delivered in September 2013.
The vessel will be operated in offshore facility installation, immediately after its delivery.
