Vietnam’s Hyundai-Vinashin Shipyard (HVS) has sold a bulker cancelled by its original German owner to an Indonesian buyer.
Brokers said the 55,000-dwt supramax were sold for $20.3m, which had been paid more than $30m from the original buyer. 
HVS revealed earlier this year that the unnamed German client was refusing to take delivery of the vessel, which was completed last year.
