Taiwan's First Steamship has bought a newbuilding resale under construction at Japan's largest shipyard.
The shipowner purchased a 28,000-dwt handysize bulker set for delivery from Imabari Shipbuilding in August.
According to securities filing, the contract value is $22m and the seller is Denmark's Investment Group Denmark A/S.
