Turkish GSD Marin is in the process of inking the 37,000-dwt pair at Hyundai Mipo Dockyard.
The new shipping entrant has signed LOI for the two handysize bulkers.
GSD Holding subsidiary has unrevealed how much it would pay for the ships but London broker Clarksons currently sets the price of a 35,000-dwt newbuilding at $22.5m.
