STX OSV Holdings Limited reports that it has secured a new contract for the construction of one research vessel for the Norwegian Defense Logistics Organization ("NDLO"). The contract value is approximately NOK 1.2 billion (about $173.6 million).
Delivery is scheduled from the STX OSV Langsten  shipyard in Norway in fourth quarter 2014.
The overall length of the research vessel is approx. 125 meters with a beam of 23 meters.
