Croatian shipyard Uljanik has handed over a 15,000dwt asphalt carrier Palanca Cadiz to Swedish shipping company Wisby Tankers.

The tanker was launched at Uljanik's 3. Maj shipyard in mid-April 2016, according to the shipbuilder.

The Marshall Islands-flagged newbuilding features a length of 133 meters and a width of 23 meters.

Market value of the newly built tanker currently stands at US$22.87m, showed data from VesselsValue.

Palanca Cadiz is the second 15,000dwt asphalt tanker built for Wisby Tankers.
