Turkey-based Parsan Energi has taken the 7,396cbm LPG carrier Botafogo Gas from Singapore-based MH Progress Line for US$12.5m. The ship is on charter to Vitol and was built in 2009 at Japanese yard Murakami Hide.

Istanbul-headquartered Parsan had earlier this year taken the 20-year-old 6,500cbm Windsor LPG tanker for US$5m.
