Singapore-based bunker tanker operator Sinanju Tankers has inked shipbuilding contracts with Zhejiang Shenzhou Shipbuilding for the construction of two 6,000dwt bunkering tankers.

Deliveries are scheduled in 2017, but other contract details were not revealed.

Sinanju Tankers currently has operations in Singapore and UAE and controls a fleet of 11 steel bunker tankers.
