Mumbai-based Aza Shipping is paying Greece's Kyklades Maritime Corp US$20m for a 16-year-old tanker, 150,709dwt Sikinos, according to broking sources.

The suezmax was built in Japan.

The deal leaves Kyklades with a fleet of 12 ships. It also has two suezmaxes under construction in Japan.
