China's largest drag suction dredger of 21,028cbm "Jun Yang 1" built for CCCC Guangzhou Dredging Co., Ltd. (GDC) by the Netherlands-based shipyard IHC Kinderdijk commenced its 11-day trial trip on June 13, according to GDC's official company website.

The dredger measures 167.5m in length, 31m in breadth moulded, and 12.2m in depth moulded, with a service speed of 16.3 knots.
