According to sources, London-based Lomar Shipping is continuing its fleet expansion in the secondhand market.

Earlier this year, the company picked up a handysize containership.

This week, sources say that Lomar has snapped up the two small 496teu capacity ships, ER Helgoland and ER Cuxhaven, for US$3.8m each from Germany's ER Schiffahrt.
