Privately owned Thai owner Nathalin is eying more ships. Several brokers report that the Southeast Asian tanker specialist has taken on the 106,000dwt  Trident Star from Global United Shipping. The 11-year-old Namura built aframax is costing approximately US$26m.

This is Nathalin's first acquisition for a number of years. The Thai owner's fleet is made up of around 20 different ships of different sizes.
