Malaysia-based Coastal Contracts has sold three of its offshore support vessels (OSVs) and five low-end vessels to unnamed buyers for a combined price of RM185m (US$44m).

No further details about the deal or vessels were disclosed.

Including this sale, Coastal Group says it has about RM1.2bn (US$285.8m) in cumulative sales orders awaiting delivery to customers up to 2017.

In July 2015, the Bursa-listed company sold two OSVs and six low-end vessels to unnamed buyers for a combined RM130m ($34m). It also sold a jack-up drilling rig to "a reputable oil company" last April for approximately RM807m (US$223.5m).
