It is reported that Japanese shipping company NS United Kaiun Kaisha announced its plan to order 2+2 13,000 dwt single-deck coastal small cargo ships from Shandong-based Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.

The order is scheduled for delivery by the first half of 2013. However, the cost has not been disclosed till now.
