Greek dry bulker owner Diana Shipping has entered into three Memoranda of Agreement to acquire three Panamax vessels from a related party for US$39.8m.

The agreements include a 2010-built Panamax dry bulk vessel of 75,700dwt MV Sunshine, a 2013-built Panamax dry bulk vessel of 75,403dwt MV Manzoni, and a 2013-built Panamax dry bulk vessel of 77,901dwt MV Infinity 9.

The vessels, built by China-based Jiangnan Shipyard (Group), are expected to join Diana Shipping's fleet by the end of March 2016.
