COSCO (Qidong) Offshore Co., Ltd. under COSCO Shipyard saw an offshore platform "SAFE NOTOS" commence its trial voyage on Jan. 12, reported a domestic shipping news portal.

The platform measures 95m in length overall, 67m in breadth moulded, and 35.7m in depth moulded. It can accommodate 990 persons at most.
