Vietnamese tanker operator Prime Ship Corporation has signed shipbuilding contracts with Ningbo Xinle Shipbuilding for the construction of two 26,300dwt chemical tankers with options to add another two.

The vessels are designed by Shanghai-based Odely Marine Engineering and are scheduled to begin from July, 2017.

Prime Ship Corporation current has a fleet of six tankers ranging from 7,000 to 45,000dwt and 2 LPG carriers.
