Norway-based Atlantic Offshore has been awarded an emergency response and rescue vessel contract from Talisman Sinopec Energy UK utilising standby/supply vessel Ocean West.

The 1974-built vessel will commence work with Talisman Sinopec on Jan. 1 for a firm contract period of 9 months, with an additional 2-year option available.
