Goldenport Holdings has sold three container vessels to Dragnis-controlled Goldenport Containerships Inc. (GCI) in an effort to reduce the company's outstanding debt.

The company has sold the 1996-built Fortunate, 1992-built Gitte and 1992-built Brilliant with delivery taking place earlier this week, on Dec. 21. The sale increases the cash position of the company by US$976,000 and outstanding debt has been reduced by US$9.424m.
