CSIC-affiliated Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. (DSIC) delivered its newly built 3,900teu container vessel named “Kota Suria” to Singapore-based shipowner Pacific International Lines (PIL) on Dec. 18, 2015.
