Chinese shipyard AVIC Dingheng Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. delivered 37,000dwt asphalt carrier “ASPHALT SPLENDOR”, the largest of its kind in the world, to its US-based shipowner Sargeant Marine on Dec. 15, reported a domestic shipping news site.
