China-based yard AVIC Weihai Shipyard Co., Ltd. (AVIC) closed the construction of a 37,650dwt bulk carrier for Greek owner Tomaso. The newbuilding successfully completed its trial voyage on Dec. 10, according to a domestic shipping news portal.
