China's listed shipyard Yangzijiang Shipbuilding has secured newbuilding orders of two 84,000cbm VLGCs and two 1,900teu feeder containerships (plus two options) from China-based Shanghai Zhenrong Energy Co., Ltd. and German shipowner Rickmers Group, respectively.

Each of the VLGCs is valued at approximately US$76m, with the delivery scheduled for 2018.

Each of the said container vessels is priced at about US$25m, with the first two ships expected to be delivered in 2018.
