Emerging fuel specialist Heng Tong Fuels & Shipping, a subsidiary of Coastal Holdings, has been linked to a 22,000dwt product tanker ordered at Cosco Dalian in China. The vessel is scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2016, according to brokers. No price has been unveiled.

The Singapore-run company took delivery of a similar sized ship that is used for bunkering purposes from the same yard at the beginning of the year.
