China's Ministry of Finance, State Administration of Taxation, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have together released a notice for the tax exemption of new energy ships and vehicles.

Ships and vehicles that adopt alternative energy will be exempted certain as yet unspecified taxes, according to the notice.

Currently, the ministries are still working on the relevant standards for the tax exemption policy.
