Belgian tanker owner Euronav recently announced that the company has purchased another four secondhand VLCCs.  

In the announcement, Euronav said the average three-year VLCC will be packaged for purchase at a total price of $342.0.

Shipbroker reveal that the four 300,000dwt units are bought from Japanese owner Nissen Kaiun Co., Ltd - “Maersk Hojo” ( 2013 blt),  “Maersk Hakata” (2010 blt) , “Bright Harmony” (2009 blt) and “Bright Pioneer” (2010 blt).

It is reported that the opponent for the deal is the shipping giant Maersk.
