China’s Yangfan Group has clinched a deal to build two 64,000 dwt dry bulk carriers for Turkey’s Beks Shipmanagement & Trading.

Beks has also secured financing from The Import & Export Bank of China (China Exim Bank), Yangfan announced in a brief statement on its website. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

The pair of newbuildings will be built at Yangfan’s shipyard located in Zhejiang Province. Delivery dates for the bulkers are scheduled in 2016.
