Epic Gas has purchased two secondhand gas carriers that comes with long term charter arrangements.

The acquisitions are for the 2007-built Mayfair and the 2006-built Charlton, both of which are 9,500 cu m fully-pressurised carriers.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Singapore-headquartered Epic Gas controls a fleet of 44 vessels serving the international gas and petrochemical supply chains across Asia, Europe, West Africa and the Americas.
