Hyundai Heavy Industries is said to have bagged an order for two very large LPG carriers from Geogas, LPG trader and shipper of Switzerland.

The Korean shipbuilding giant contracted a newbuilding deal with Geogas for a pair of 84,000 cbm very large LPG carriers which are based on the latest eco-friendly design. The newbuildings are said to be costing at around $77m apiece, reported by TradeWinds.

In addition, options are not included in this contract and Lorentzen & Stemoco, based in Oslo, Norway, seems to have played as a broker, according to the press.
