Taiwan-based shipowner, Kuang Ming Shipping, is planning to build two 60,000 dwt bulk carriers as the company believes the dry bulk market will warm up gradually over the next two years.
“We are planning to build two bulk carriers at this bottom period, the intended shipbuilder is a Japanese shipyard. The contract should be signed next month.”  an official from Kuang Ming Shipping told SinoShip News.
