China Steel Express announced that its subsidiary CSE Transport had invested about US$140m to order two 209,000dwt bulkers and two 12000dwt steel carriers at Japan Marine United (JMU).
The price for each vessel is $55.5m and $13.65m respectively, nearly half of the price in 2008. The delivery of the vessels will start from the second half of 2015.
