Tsuneishi Group (Zhoushan) Shipbuilding Inc. has recently gained a newbuilding contract for the construction of a pair of 61,000dwt bulkers from Taiwan-based Wisdom Marine.
It is revealed that contract price for the two Kasarmax units is about $27.77m apiece and scheduled for delivery by the second half of 2015.
It is reported that the two partners has cooperated once in the construction of one 35,000dwt bulker which is to be delivered by Q1 2015.
The owner has ordered two 34,000dwt bulkers at Namura and one 55,000dwt unit at Kawasaki.
