Shipping Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has signed a shipbuilding contract for acquisition of a newbuilding cellular container of 3500 TEU capacity with M/s. Rongsheng Shenfei Shipbuilding Co. Ltd, China on July 14, 2011.
