Yangzhou Dayang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sinopacific Shipbuilding Group, has recently secured a newbuilding order for the construction of 1 bulker carrier from an Turkish company. The contract also includes an optional unit.
The contract value has not been disclosed. The vessel is slated for delivery by May 2014 and the optional united by September 2014 after confirmation.
