Keppel FELS has nixed a $1.2bn contract with Ukraine’s National Joint-Stock Company (Naftogaz) to construct two semisubmersible drilling rigs citing “certain conditions within the timeline” not being met.
“Keppel will continue to seek opportunities where we can support Naftogaz in their E&P activities,” the Singapore builder added.
